Hi, my name is John.  I’m a certified massage therapist with plenty of experience with a fine quality of touch and techniques.  I can provide from relaxation, deep tissue, hot stones, or exfoliation scrubs.

I specialize in techniques designed to nurture both the body and mind.  My touch is soothing and therapeutic, gently removing layers of tension while giving overall relaxtion.  Sessions are intended to support the release of stress and fatigue, recover balance in a peaceful and restorative way.

PROCEDURES:

Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes to fill out client form before your massage appointment time.  There is a waiting area on the right upon entry.  Setup is in a clean and open area for the massage service.  The treatment will last for the time you have booked your appointment.

You can expect an excellent massage.  You will receive a massage from a licensed massage therapist with years of experience in spas and other works.

Payment:

Payment is made through MassageBook.  You can pay directly, though a payment card must be placed on file to save your appointment time and the payment is made when the session is completed.  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay is accepted.  Also, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Venmo, and Cash App is accepted.

Cancellation: 

Please give a 24 hour notice for cancellations.  Same day cancellations will be charged at the full rate.

Privacy:

Information regarding your massage appointment is strictly confidential.

Refusal of Treatment:

If there is illness or where the client would not benefit the massage, then it can be refused at any time.

Ethical Considerations:

All sessions are strictly professional and non-sexual in nature.  Ethical boundaries are fundamental to my practice.  Any suggestive behavior will not be accepted, and the session will end immediately.  Inappropriate behavior may be reported.  My commitment is to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment at all times.

Age Requirement:

Persons at the age of 18 or younger must have an adult in the same room at all times.

Where is Rest and Reset located in San Diego, CA?

It is located at 3525 Fifth Ave Suite E.  When you arrive, there is a waiting area when you enter on the right.  The massage therapist will get you at the time of your massage.  Please call if you have any questions.

Are couples massages provided?

It is only for one occupant at a time.

Is there parking available?

There is metered parking.  We recommend coming 10-15 minutes early to find parking.

Is there wheelchair access?

There is no wheelchair access.  When you enter the building, you have to take the stairs.  There is no elevator.
